Position Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you’ll be essential in assisting our insurance clients, answering their questions, and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly remote contact for our insurance customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online presentations.
  • Help clients with policy inquiries, coverage details, claims processing, and billing questions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanour.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to tackle complex customer issues and escalate when needed.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and upgrades efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer support experience, especially in insurance or financial services, is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with remote communication tools (like virtual phone systems and email platforms).
  • Insurance licensure or relevant certifications are required, or you must be willing to obtain one.
